Promotion Rules

  1. Promotion Period: The Village Shopping Centre’s “24 Days of Christmas!” runs from Sunday, December 1st to Tuesday, December 24th at noon.
  2. Acceptance of Rules: By participating, all participants agree to fully comply with these rules.
  3. Daily Questions: Each day, a new question will be posted on Facebook.  To participate, you need to answer the question of the day before midnight on the same day.  There are no right or wrong answers.
  4. Entry Limit: Participants may enter once per day.
  5. Daily Draw: All daily participants’ names will be entered into a draw.
  6. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly drawn from the day’s entrants.
  7. Prizes: Depending on the day, the prize will consist of a designated retailer-donated prize and/or a designated amount in Village Shopping Centre gift certificates.
  8. Prize Collection: Winners must pick up their prizes at the donating tenant’s retail location.
  9. Winner Waiver: Winners must sign a Winner Waiver and Release when claiming their prize.
  10. Gift Certificate Expiry: Village Shopping Centre gift certificates will expire on December 31st, 2024.
  11. Gift Certificate Usage: Promotional gift certificates must be used to purchase merchandise. No change will be given, and they cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase retailer gift cards.
  12. Retailer Prizes: Retailer prizes must be accepted as awarded. Any disputes regarding the presentation, facilitation, or execution of retail prizes will be resolved between the retailer/provider and the winner, excluding any involvement, legal or otherwise, of The Village Shopping Centre, Plaza Group, and their employees and immediate families.
  13. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all residents of Newfoundland and Labrador aged 18 and over. Employees of any tenants, stores, services, or occupants of The Village Shopping Centre, Plaza Group employees, and their immediate families are not permitted to participate.
  14. Final Decisions: All decisions related to this promotion will be made by The Village Shopping Centre and are final. Participation confirms consent for the use of the participant’s name and photograph, without payment, in any forthcoming publicity. The Village Shopping Centre reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
